W1LL is yoga and meditation – redefined. Find stillness with our guided mindfulness practices and connect to the mat with yoga classes including our live and guided classes. Built around music, our space allows you to check into your body, check out of your mind and connect with yourself.
All of our sessions are set to our signature tunes and beautiful visuals to ensure your experience is truly immersive. Our live classes are led by one of our amazing instructors and our guided classes are facilitated by our fantastic assistants so you will always have guidance no matter where you are at with your practice.
There’s no difficult language to get your head around, no judgment and no expectation. Come to class as you are, strengthen your body and find your zen.
Our classes are guided and designed to help you escape life’s distractions. Immerse yourself, change your mindset and find your own space. Our meditation classes are simple, easy to understand and follow our beliefs of beautifully curated experiences.
As with our yoga there is no Guru or strict guidelines, chanting or weird language to learn because we believe these are barriers to people enjoying the benefits of a meditation practice. We want to help you find a consistent practice that is effortless to learn, to inspire you to pause breathe and find stillness. We believe from stillness we can find more clarity.
A modern approach to an ancient practice – proud to be unconventional. Our meditation classes are suitable for everyone from students to CEO’s to the everyday stressed out. Our practices are accessible to anyone and everyone willing to commit to give it a try.
W1LL INTRO – Experience 0-5 yoga classes.
Incorporating our signature music and visuals, this is an instructional Intro to Yoga class for those totally new or looking for more guidance. Yoga from the ground up…‘What is this yoga you speak of?’
W1LL SOUL – Experience 3+ yoga classes.
Our Soul class is a bridge between Intro and Base and is great if you need more instruction on postures or want a slower pace. This class was designed based on our members’ feedback so we think you’ll love it!
W1LL BASE – Experience 10+ yoga classes & looking for a strong practice.
If you like a slower flow and looking to build strength with longer holds, our Base classes are for you. W1LL Base allows you to connect with the mat and get to grips with what yoga is all about. Many of our clients love Base classes for life, enjoying the slower pace and rhythm of it all.
W1LL FLOW – Experience 20+ yoga classes & looking for a dynamic practice.
A faster paced yoga practice, W1LL Flow is our signature class and is choreographed to be dynamic and challenging. Crafted for those with pre-existing yoga experience, you can let your mind check out and connect your body to the mat. Strengthen your core and increase flexibility with each session.
W1LL STRETCH – Appropriate for anyone. Super chill, with slow poses and longer holds. This is our version of Yin. Slow pace, low intensity yoga for flexibility. This restorative yoga style is great for everyone including athletes, helping to rebuild damaged tissue and improve overall body health.
Our guided classes are an Australian first. Each class still takes place in our beautiful studio with our visuals. The classes are audio guided and are accompanied by our curated playlist. As always there is an instructor available to align and assist.
Our Intro, Soul and Stretch yoga classes are best for beginners. It’s OK for beginners to try our other yoga classes but these are designed for those who have had a bit more experience so don’t feel discouraged if it is challenging! Our meditation classes are great for everyone.

That’s okay. We won’t hit you with a stick (like they would at a zen monastery). Here, we just ask you to move mindfully to reposition.
Thinking is natural in meditation. In fact, the practice is noticing what you’re thinking, being aware of what you’re thinking, and then redirecting your focus to a single focal point that your teacher will guide you to. Think of it like bicep curls but for your brain. The more you do this the more you will actually strengthen and grow your brain.
Booking & Buying
- You can sign up online or via our W1LL app (download here) and choose from a First Timers (buy one class get one free), Drop in’s or our 6 month or 12 month membership options before booking your mat in class. You can book into class up to three weeks in advance.
- W1LL Studio provides super clean, quality yoga mats already laid out in class.
- Please be sure to check in using the W1LL Studio app, in-studio iPads or by chatting to any of our friendly Front of House team. Please check in 10 minutes before your class starts.
- For fully booked classes we will start to allocate mats to walk-ins at the five minute mark so you risk losing your mat if you have not checked in. Please take advantage of the W1LL Studio app or call us if you are running late.
- After your class is finished feel free to hang out for a bit and enjoy tea with your instructors and W1LL Studio crew!

We want your total W1LL Studio experience to be as relaxed as your time on the mat and we believe that starts before you step into the studio. We have streamlined our registration to make it as seamless as possible – just follow these easy steps:
- Get started by registering online or via our W1LL Studio app (download here) and choose from a single visit (First Timers) or 6 or 12 month membership before booking your mat in class.
- You can book into class up to three weeks in advance.
Anytime at all, up to three weeks in advance. Simply hit up the booking page, or better yet head to our app (download here).
Bummer! If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend, please log into your account online or via our app and cancel your booking at least 8 hours in advance. If you cancel your class booking within 4 hours of the start of the class or if you do not cancel your class booking and fail to attend, you will be charged a fee of $10.

How long before my drop in class/pack expires?

YES! Our classes are a physical workout and will feel much like a calisthenics workout aimed at flexibility. Like we say, we are unconventional and that’s why we are suited to guys who might be new to yoga and want the workout without all the rest of it. Come along to our W1LL BASE classes and we will help get you up to speed in no time.
No, we supply your mat. We use high quality yoga mats. But if you prefer your own mats, feel free to BYO.
No. W1LL Studio doesn’t offer ‘hot yoga’ and maintains a comfortable temperature, reducing humidity and allowing your core temperature to do the rest.
Yes, there is metered street parking on Baptist and Crown streets and free parking in the Coles car park across the road.
Yep! And we have lockers available, too.
Absolutely, yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy. However, we recommend you consult with your doctor first and tell our Front of House team and your instructor before the class starts.
Absolutely! We invite children aged 12 or over to attend with a parent or guardian. Children aged 16 or over are welcome to attend solo.
Yes but only if they are 16 and older. If they are 12+ they must be accompanied by a parent and have no issues with sitting still or uncontrollable giggling. They will not be permitted into our breathwork classes. Anyone under the age of 12 can take our wonderful Unplug Kids Program, so please check our schedule! The Dalai Lama once said,
If every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.
Unplug kids is a meditation program that is developmentally appropriate for your little ones.
